Refund and Returns Policy

Simple rules and process:
- Contact us – talk to us about the problem and see possible solutions.
- Apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Send the product back within 15 days of reporting it.
The return shipping costs to the designated return address are pay by the buyer.
As a merchant, I am always responsible for paying shipping charges for the following reasons related to the order:
- Arrived damaged
- Didn’t match description
- Expired item
- Late delivery
- Quality wasn’t as expected
- Received wrong item
We do not issue a refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors you can control (e.g. incorrect shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. lack of customs clearance, delay due to a natural disaster).
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact within us as soon as possible. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be canceled.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We promise Money-back Guarantee up to 2 days after the claim process finishes.

Warranty Complaints Policy
Standard Warranty Promise: 1 year Warranty
The warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods. If your product breaks down during the warranty period, you can benefit from a free repair or replacement, or at least a price reduction or refund.
Warranties exclude also shipping cost to return the product.
Please refer to the warranty card attached to the product to know in what situation the product is subject to the complaint
- Our company offers one year warranty starting from the purchase date.
- In case any quality issue , we can maintain it at any our company’s service network appointed by our company with purchase invoice and this warranty card.
- The following conditions are not in the scope of free repair service:
1) Damage by man – made causes ( such as drop, crash, misplacement in the corrosive environment etc. );
2) Damage by irresistible reasons ( such as earthquake, fire, flood and some other natural disasters );
3) Damage caused by maintenance technician who are not assigned by the company;
4) Damage caused by violation of operating requirements noted in user manual;
5) Fail to provide product warranty card or purchasing invoice.
6) Out of warranty period.
